4. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for custom itineraries, consultations, and other paid services must be made in accordance to the written payment schedule. A deposit or retainer is required to commence work.

Cancellations and refunds:

  • If you cancel before we begin any substantive work, we will issue a full refund of amounts paid less non‑refundable third‑party fees (if any).
  • Once we begin work (including preliminary research, outlines, supplier outreach, or draft materials), deposits/retainers become non‑refundable. If you cancel after work has commenced, we may, at our discretion, issue a prorated refund based on the portion of the project completed to date, minus any non‑refundable third‑party costs and a reasonable administrative fee to cover time already expended.
  • For clarity, “work commenced” includes any time spent on project scoping, research, drafting, supplier communications, or other activities performed on your behalf.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the email address provided in the written agreement. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 30 days after we confirm the cancellation and final accounting of costs.

No refunds will be issued for completed deliverables provided to the client where the client has approved or accepted those deliverables (including preliminary items if accepted).
